Cultivation system: espalier – spurred cordon
Vinification: the grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed. The free-run must is cooled to a temperature of 5° C for about twenty-four hours. In this way, fermentation is not triggered and the must undergoes a natural clarification since all the suspended bodies become sediment in the container. After 24 hours the must is decanted and fermented clean at 12-14° C.
Colour: straw yellow with greenish highlights.
On the nose: it is ample, floral with a fruity bouquet reminiscent of banana, apple and pineapple.
On the palate: it has excellent flavour and persistence, fresh, harmonious and very pleasant.
Food pairings: it is excellent as an aperitif, it pleasantly accompanies raw seafood, first and second courses based on fish, white meats and soft cheeses.
ABV: 12%
Serving temperature: 8-10° C
