Colour: intense red

On the nose:  it is complex and with a well-pronounced bouquet. The bouquet opens with sweet hints , wrapped in the characteristic smell of fruit, plum an cherry jam

On the palate: it is elegant, pulpy and very structured but balanced wine despite its high alcohol content.

Food pairings: it is particulary suitable for reinforcing pasta with meat sauce, strong dishes based on roast meats, game, aged cheeses and dishes with strong flavours.

Serving temperature: 18°-20° C
